Q10 cant reload software

i have Q10 here, before wiping is interrupted, so hang only logo, i tried update in website, but it tells me there are no update, also in blackberry link, same message, there are no update available, but the status of phone is hang logo only.

now i tried devalpha, the phone now ok, but there are icons missing like gallery etc..

pls help me how to reload the orig firmware…
