Hi. I got one Blackberry 9790 to unlock. But there is problem that window where You type unlock code wont pop up.
As normal options-device-advance-sim card and type MEPD. Till now everything works fine, list of locks come up.

After typine MEP2/MEPP2/MEPE, with alt/shift and any of those combination window to enter unlock code wont pop up.
Also with not accepted sim card there is message do You want unlock… after clicking Yes still nothing, window to enter unlock code wont pop up.
Factory reset device, changing software still same.
BB9790 brand new with simlock to Orange Poland.
