steps made:
* wipe, nuke and reflash on 3 different firmwares = no luck 
when i activate/check Wifi, unit is working perfectly (without sim)
when i insert simcard or activate/check mobile network, same problem
unit keep on restarting, so i must reflash it again to deactivate mobile network
* replace pm ic = no luck
* pull out PA = no luck
somebody there have an idea for this kind of problem?
need a solution badly
